在电力系统中,温度是表征一次设备运行是否正常的一个重要参数。尤其是一次设备的连接部位,由于设备制造的原因、设备受环境污染、设备长期运行、严重超载运行、触点氧化、电弧冲击等原因造成接触电阻增大。因此在电能传输时往往会在电缆连接处产生发热现象,而且,发热问题是一个不断累积的过程,如果不加以控制,发热程度不断加剧,并对绝缘件的性能及设备寿命产生很大影响。
近年来,由于各种建筑电力的用电量需求不断增大,使原来的电路接线方式在施工时带来许多困难。而且要变更配电系统时,困难重重。所以,母线槽的走线方案应势而起。由于母线槽上有多个连接头、插接头及插接箱,带来方便的同时,也存在发热隐患。为解决母线槽上连接处的发热问题,我公司专门开发了针对母线槽测温的在线监测系统。
In electrical power system, temperature is an important parameter to indicate whether the primary equipment operates normally.Especially the connection part of primary equipment,The contact resistance increases due to the reasons of equipment manufacturing, environmental pollution, long-term operation, serious overload operation, contact oxidation and arc impact.Therefore, heating phenomenon will occur at the cable connection when the electric energy is transmitted.Moreover, the heating problem is a cumulative process, if not controlled in time, the degree of heating will continue to intensify, and has a great impact on the performance of insulation parts and equipment life.
In recent years,due to increasing demands for various construction electric power,previous wiring method brings many difficulties in construction.And it is difficult to change the distribution system.So the wire running scheme of busbar arises following the situation.because the busbar has many connectors,connecting plugs and jack boxes,leads to the hidden danger of heating while bringing convenience.In order to resolve heating problem of connection on busbar,we especially develop and design an online monitoring system to measure busbar temperature.
